How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within Canada, depending on your location.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently we ship within Canada. Check out at checkout to confirm availability for your address.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also reach out to us anytime at tapstars.ca@gmail.com for an update.

Are your products covered by a warranty or guarantee?
Yes — every TapStars product is backed by our Quality Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
Are these products good quality?
We hand-pick every product in our catalog and test for quality before adding it to our store. We only sell items we'd be happy to use ourselves.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at tapstars.ca@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund right away.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
