Shipping within Canada

We offer free standard tracked shipping to Canadian addresses served by our carrier. International checkout is not currently offered.

Processing and delivery

Ripple Glow ships directly from our fulfillment partner in China. Processing usually takes 1–3 days; the supplier estimates this range for 90% of orders. Estimated transit time to Canada is 7–15 days after dispatch. Allow approximately 8–18 days in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery.

Tracking details are sent when your order ships. The first tracking update may take time to appear.

Addresses and delays

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs changing; changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment starts. If an order is late or tracking is unclear, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Applicable taxes shown at checkout are separate from the product price. Shipments originate outside Canada; customs may assess duties, taxes or clearance charges that are not included in free shipping.
