TapStars ships orders within Canada.
Processing time is usually 2–5 business days after we receive the required business information, including your business name, Google review link, logo if needed, and any customization details.
Shipping options may include:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather, or delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. TapStars is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered incorrect shipping information.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
