Terms of service

Shopping with TapStars

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is explicitly displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Products and orders

Product images illustrate lighting effects; appearance varies with room conditions and placement. Read the product description before ordering. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund payment for the unavailable item.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Changes and cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy form part of the terms of your purchase.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or misuse another person's information. Brand assets and website content may not be reused commercially without permission from the rights holder.

Your rights

These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
