Refund policy
At TapStars, each review plate is prepared for your business and may include your review link, QR code, NFC setup, business name, logo, or custom design.
Because of this, customized products are final sale once production has started.
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
The item arrives damaged
The item has a printing mistake caused by us
The NFC or QR code does not work because of an error on our side
You received the wrong product
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including wrong business name, wrong Google review link, wrong logo file, or spelling mistakes approved by the customer.
